Case Management & Support Services

Every student gets a dedicated case manager to help with:

  • Setting personal and academic goals
  • Staying on track with your goals
  • Accessing resources like housing, mental health, and transportation
  • Weekly check-ins for encouragement and accountability

  • You don’t have a high school diploma
  • You’re not enrolled in a traditional high school
